We are a young European-based organization serving the international humanitarian and development sectors, helping organisations to better respond to crises with the right innovation technology. Our clients include several United Nations organizations, Red Cross societies and NGOs such as Save the Children, Oxfam and many others.

We are looking for an enthusiastic developer with project management skills to join our growing development team, passionate about shaping the next generation of humanitarian developers and innovators.

In this role, you must self-motivated, able to work both independently and closely with your team, coordinate and assign tasks in conjunction with the tech lead, ensuring the technical management of 1 to 3 projects(depending on the size).

Our ideal candidate is a passionate advocate for best practices, scalable architecture and quality user experiences.


  • Good English, written and spoken
  • Database creation, integration, and management—e.g., MySQL, SQLite
  • OOP fundamentals and server-side programming languages
  • Good knowledge of PHP, Python and JavaScript
  • Nice to have: Symfony and/or Django
  • REST API design
  • Strong knowledge on Linux environment (Debian)

Master’s Degree in engineering Studies (with an IT focus) or equivalent
